«The Assignment» pays homage to the office as a «home from home» and brings the employees of psp Swiss Property back together.
At the height of the global Covid-19 crisis, companies were forced to send their employees home. This extended «work from home» setting proved difficult for many, and took its toll on corporate culture in particular.
Even when the restrictions were lifted, many employees were reluctant to return to work. PSP Swiss Property began to wonder what they could do to motivate employees to come back to the office and interact with each other.
That’s how they came up with the idea to make this short film. By bringing people together in an unconventional way in and around psp’s newly constructed premises, the company hoped to build cohesion and motivate its employees.
«The Assignment» pays homage to the office as a «home from home» where people and ideas can come together and corporate culture can thrive. The entire cast of the film consists of psp employees, special guests and partners, joined by young actor Gershon Tarablus.
